CashMonkey MailSorter is our automated line that routes each mail package to its stop based on scanning the tracking barcode on the package. Any packages that can not be routed will go off the end of the line into a gaylord to be rescanned or manually evaluated. 

• Performance: our MailSorter is capable of processing one item per second, 
  ​on average 3,200 scans per hour.
• Price:  $59,000 - $65,000 with no yearly maintenance fees
• Flexibility: lengths available (30 ft - 60 ft). Double-Decker lines are also available
• Stops/Routes: capable of up to 32 sorting positions. ​
  • Example configuration: 24 stops for USPS. 3 Service Types (USPS expedited, USPS Media Mail, and USPS Priority) across 8 USPS zones. And 8 additional stops for FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
• Ready-to-use: One-day setup and training at your location. We pre-build your line at our warehouse, which enables a 1-day setup at your location.

​Note: This CashMonkey MailSorter is a CashMonkey AutoLine. So, it can also be utilized to sort barcoded books by simply switching to a second set of rules via a dropdown on the screen of the MailSorter computer. For more on these book sorting capabilities, click here.
